This is a great big red wine, that has tons of flavor, but not too many tannins like some other big red blends. Loads of dried fruit flavors, with subtle spice undertones! Definitely something to save for a Barbecue or a nice steak dinner.

Complicated blend: Syrah (37%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Zinfandel (23%) and Dolcetto (10%). You can taste the individual varietals - fleshy syrah, the cab's structure, the spice from the zin and , well, maybe I cant pick out the Dolcetto!
