Winemaker's Notes:

Hop Kiln has a long tradition of great Big Red vintages. The 2007 is no exception. Zinfandel character dominates the aroma profile, with bright raspberry, and blackberry notes. While the Syrah and Petite Syrah provide a deep, chewy mouth feel with the slightest touch of oak on the finish.
