A Sauvignon Blanc wine from California in USA. 2009 Honig Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 750ml

Winemaker's Notes:

90 points Robert Parker: The 2009 Sauvignon Blanc Rutherford Reserve reveals more honeyed melon, gravel and flint notes as well as additional body and depth. Composed of 85% Sauvignon, 11% Semillon and 4% Muscat (surprise, surprise), it reveals a fatter, more exotic character than the regular cuvee. If you want a pure Sauvignon, drink the regular bottling, but if you want more exoticism, personality and a walk on the wild side, check out the Rutherford Reserve. It should drink well for 1-3 years. (Dec 2010)
