Honig Cabernet Sauvignon is quite luscious in the 2010 vintage. Bing Cherry and plum fruit character balanced with cinnamon spice and anise. The wine has a rich mouth-feel, with plush tannins and well integrated oak.
The fully mature 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon is straightforward, chocolaty, spicy, medium-bodied, and elegant.
A drink-me-now style that's ripe and plush, with complex oak, black currant, cherry, plum, cola and dill flavors that extend on the ripe, fleshy finish. Drink now through 2003.
