Black cherry and blueberry fruit with hints of exotic spices are perfectly balanced by sweet oak. The palate is full and rich with moderate tannins and a long finish. Enjoyable now or can be cellared through 2016 and beyond. Not yet reviewed; 2007 vintage rated 90 points by Robert Parker: A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc, the 2007 is a winner. It is a luscious, sweetly tannic, classic Napa Cabernet offering notes of white chocolate, black currants and spice box, and a medium-bodied, supple, sexy style. Drink it over the next 7-10 years.

The fully mature 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon is straightforward, chocolaty, spicy, medium-bodied, and elegant.
Rich scents of new oak cover this wine when first poured, the black fruit hidden under the oak's tarry tannins. As the wood and grape tannins grow gentler with air, the plummy fruit comes forward and the wine feels sleek. Open this eight years from the vintage, with a grilled sirloin.
Dill-laced oak and dried currant and black cherry form a rich, tight, complex core of flavors that give this a tight focus and long, persistent finish. Drink now through 2013.
All about texture and suppleness, this broad, generous cabernet is completely likeable. The flavors are black, from black pepper to black currant jam, the ripe tannins black as a chocolate pudding. Those tannins are integrated and the wine is ready to drink.
There are 10,000 cases of the 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon, a soft, meaty, deep ruby/purple-hued offering displaying loads of licorice-infused black currant fruit, a touch of earth and herbs, and a spicy, round, fleshy finish. It is an attractive, all-purpose Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next decade. Moreover, it is reasonably priced.
