Very good. Apples and lemons in a full bodied style that is awkwardly between an off-dry Riesling and a dessert wine. We had with a not-too-sweet apple tart but it was better on its own as a chilled down after dinner sipper.

Varietal Percentage: 100% Riesling Average Brix at Harvest: 24.4º Residual Sugar: 4.75 TA: 0.70 g.100ml pH: 3.15 Alcohol: 12.0% by volume
