Hogue Chardonnay Col Val United States Washington Columbia Valley White 2008
Wine Tasting Notes It has aromas of pear, apple and toasty oak, with complexities of butter, vanilla and smoke. On the palate the wine has flavors of apple crisp, caramel and vanilla, with moderate weight and nice balance. Toasty and fresh, the Hogue winemakers suggest pairing this Chardonnay with clay pot roasted chicken or baked salmon with aioli sauce.
