Hogue Cellars Ff Late Harvest White Riesling 2006

Member Review by dkmrd5:

This is one that I will buy again and again! Not a sophisticated drink, just pure enjoyment! I can drink glass after glass especially after dinner or on a Saturday afternoon. This is definately a sweeter wine but not so sweet as a moscato.

Hogue Cellars:
THE HOGUE CELLARS™, founded in 1982 by Mike and Gary Hogue, is located in Eastern Washington's Columbia Valley, the premiere grape growing region of the state. The climate and soils of the Columbia Valley produce grapes with intense fruit flavors and high natural acidity. The wines have a liveliness and ripe, zesty fruit flavors that make them ideal complements to a wide range of food.

Love this wine - especially for its price point. Sweet and refreshing.

From the Pacific Northwest, this golden, late harvest Riesling shows a slightly sweet, rich, spicy style, offset with just the right amount of acidity. Enjoy as an apéritif or with light desserts.
