Food Pairings for Hochar Pere et Fils Chateau Musar Red Bekaa Valley Lebanon
All varietals of this blend of Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, and Grenache are vinified and aged separately. Aging is in French Nevers barrels for 6 to 9 months. The nose is layered with aromas of red and black fruits, dates, figs and spices. Flavors of blackcurrant and cherries interact with fine tannins. Finish is long lasting.
