Hob Nob Vineyards Shiraz Vin de Pays d'Oc 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

As a succulent as a dark chocolate covered cherry. A full, rich, velvety palate enriched with subtle hints of vanilla. Pair with mushroom sauces, pizza, swiss cheese burger and sushi.

French Syrah made in the Australian style. Blackberry jam, cherry, and dark chocolate (label says vanilla but I taste dark chocolate), Finishes soft and smooth with a bit of sweetness to it.
