Lush, deep and ripe with a medium to full body. Filled with cherry and blackberry flavors, with a long earthy, spicy finish; hints of cedar. Well structured and balanced.
Great California Pinot!
I understand that this is a staple among California wine know-it alls. And anyone else that has seen the movie. I thought this wine, unlike the host of the tasting, was very vibrant and friendly. I'm not sure I'd be wiling to pay the $45 at which they were selling it, but it's everything I've come to expect from a California Pinot and more.
