Hirsch Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast San Andreas Fault 2009
Upon opening, Bing cherry, raspberries, figs and cola on the nose, with floral notes of lavender and orange blossom. Evolving with air to show forest floor, licorice and bergamot. On the palate, bright red fruit and a brambly juiciness are supported by profound tannins and an exceptional acidity. Alcohol 13.7%.
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
