I took my time with this wine. this wine had a great nose. the sweet alcohol smell was accented with plum cherries and chocolate. This wine is well balanced at two years with a little acidity suggesting that its prime is maybe a year or two away. after being open to the air for about 20 min the vibrancy of the fruit, plum cherry and blackberries, start give way to a slightly more earth feel. the wine has a great finish smooth and soft. I will buy this again!
