Lemon zest, petrol, sea salt. Beautifully aromatic, with an ephemeral character that seems forceful yet remains light on its feet. Quite snappy in the mouth with excellent bite and a thoroughly cleansing finish. Classic.

Evocative of the sunny Spanish seaside, La Gitana is the quintessential Manzanilla: tangy, salty and delicately complex.

The benchmark among fino-style Sherries is La Gitana. Simply put, it’s a classic. Pour yourself a copita of this beauty and sip it while munching some olives, peanuts or pistachios. Shazzam! You’re transported to a whitewashed village in Andalusia. Aromas of mushroom and yeast are just as they should be. And deep within are subtle flavors of marzipan and citrus. The long, salty, bone-dry finish cleanses the palate and primes your appetite for better things to come.

Consistently one of the finest traditional manzanillas you’ll ever taste, La Gitana might as well be the Webster’s entry for the category; pale straw color, salty seaside freshness and a dry, tangy, yet rich flavor. And that flavor lingers after each sip, too, like sea spray.

Lime and citrus blossom aromas introduce this delicate, apple-flavored Sherry. Itandrsquo;s round and soft, with light but persistent flavors, and a salt air tang in the end. A refreshing style.
