An elegant Cream, resulting from its base of fine old oloroso and just a touch of Napoleon Amontillado, only moderatly sweetened. Sweet flavors of caramel and crumb create create a seductive contrast... Relatively light for a cream-style Sherry, this will match with pecan pie. -Wines & Spirits
