90 points Neal Martin (Wine Advocate): The 2004 Tokaji Aszu 3-Puttonyos is fermented in 50/50 new and used oak for 24 months and has 108 grams per liter residual sugar (which means it could technically be labelled as a 4-Puttonyos). It has a clean, fresh nose of tinned apricot, orange blossom and a touch of almond that is well-defined. The palate is well-balanced with clean, fresh apricot preserve and white peach. It is a very pretty wine that should age well over the next decade. Very fine. Drink now-2025. (Dec 2013)
