The Hess Collection Cabernet Sauvignon Hess Select(2002)
The aroma is concentrated and expresses vanilla, brown sugar and mint. On the palate the wine reveals flavors of boysenberry and espresso richly framed with ripe mountain tannins.

- If anyone goes to Napa, I recommend this Winery. Its hard to pick one wine to recommend tops. This wine is a classic, try the Select Chard and Allomi Cab for everyday drinking.
