We found this lightly sweet with well balanced acidity. Great for use with desserts. Great floral notes on the nose with peach, lime and mineral flavors.

Late harvest botrytised Riesling from the finger lakes. Sweet!
Literally. 3.3% residual sugar (22.5% natural sugar at harvest) that overwhelms the acidity just a bit, but it is still a wonderful wine that pairs with a variety of dishes. Classic Riesling flavors with a tiny bit of petrol & botrytis. Lovely.
