A crisp dry Johannisberg Riesling in the classic German Mosel Kabinett style. The nose is light and delicate with hints of fresh fruit. Elegant in taste, it is smooth and well balanced with a crisp, clean finish. An outstanding party, reception and general drinking wine.

- A "true" Riesling can't get any better than this! New York is known for it's Rieslings, and this is one of THE best there is!

Always an excellent choice for the region. Traditional Riesling in the states is a rarity. If you are a fan of Riesling or enjoy a more festive white wine, then this is a great pick up. This wine should run you from 7 - 10 dollars depending on where you purchase it.
Wiemer sadly more often than not has issues with their storage. be very careful upon purchasing this wine for bad corks. Purchase this from a wine seller that will let you exchange or bring back the wine if the cork is bad.

- I am a dry Riesling lover and I'm lucky enough to live near the Finger Lakes region - so I 've tried most Rieslings from the primary wineries here. This, I would agree, is one of the most outstanding. Wiemer knows how to do wines right, especially Riesling (nicely balanced but you'll remember the citrus about it) and sparkling wine, which will surprise you with its intensity.
