- Light gold in color. th enose show's buttery oak with lime and mineral undercurrents. Really well balanced and better as it gets a bit of air into it. In the mouth the oak is a presence but not overbearing, with a creamy mouthfeel overall. Flavors of pineapple, limey citrus, and mixed nuts. This was 6 months in American oak and aged surlie. 3.5/5 [NR]
