A rust-red colour. Earthy with a nice sweet yet spicy pallette. Ripe and buttery. Cloves and cinnamon and peat.A very enjoyable experience. A nice pinot from a great pinot vintage in Ontario. Enjoyed with roast, butternut squash soup and roasted asparagus.
