- Dry Rosé brut with light salmon color. Great aromas of kirsch and strawberries; delicate bubbles with a silky mouthfeel. A very hedonistic Champagne. Can be cellared for 3 or 4 years.

- For the last 200 years, this tiny, family-owned Champagne house has been carefully fine tuning their craft. Very few know about them (due to limited importation) but those lucky enough to have sampled Henriot Rose know what to expect: elegant, sophisticated aromas with flavors of red fruits, rose petals and spice. A clean, effervescent mousse and a long finish.

- Deep, salmony color. Strong influence of Pinot Noir. Fine bubbles and biscuity flavors. A robust Champagne. Ideal to accompany desserts (chocolate, crème brulée, pastry). Long finish of at least 30 seconds.
