Food Pairings for Helen's Hill Shiraz
Very bright purple in colour. The nose shows lovely stewed plum, a hint of raspberry, white pepper, nutmeg and cedar. Loads of pepper and spice on the palate with the stewed plum and slightly floral. Lovely chewy tannins and great length and balance. For $22.99 you can't go wrong with this little gem
Appearance: Deep Ruby (almost black) Red. Aroma: Sweet stewed plums with spicy cedary oak. Flavour: Rich intense plum and mulberry flavours with great length. Texture: Smooth tannins, mouth fulling, long persistent tannins and weight.
