Heitz Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Trailside Vineyard(2001)

2001 Heitz Trailside Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon s a fabulous wine from the Rutherford appellation in the Napa Valley. This full-bodied Cabernet caters to its fans with bright cherry-like fruit, muscular intensity and artfully balanced flavors. These attributes, interlaced with new oak nuances from French limousin barrels, create a delightful wine. The end result is a richness that is strong and powerful, yet refined, with a wonderful silkiness on the finish. This is a California Red Wine.

Very powerful wine, but still manages to maintain balance. Price is right for napa, but in my opinion the whole valley is overrates, so its a little overpriced for me.
