Food Pairings for Hearst Ranch Tempranillo "Chileano"
The Hearst winemaker is extremely passionate about Spanish wines, thus "Chileano" was born. The vision behind “Chileano” was to create a Tempranillo stylistically similar to the great wines of the Ribera del Duero in central Spain. This Tempranillo is driven by ripe cherry aromas with hints of mocha and strawberry. Tame acidity and varietal fruit flavors on the palate allow "Chileano" to drink well now and age gracefully over the coming years. --adapted from winery website
