A gris in the grigio style, this winersquo;s high-toned aromas fall within the spectrum of peach and passionfruit. The flavor is more citrusy, the texture similar to classic Finger Lakes riesling, racy and brisk, with a talc-like acidity that would pair well with lemon risotto.
