Add your review100% Assyrtico aged in oak barrels for 10 months. Pale straw yellow color with an aromatic nose of wax, vanilla bean, chalk, and limestone. The palate was flavorful with a combination of ripe stone fruit like peaches and nectarine and a beautiful chalk like minerality. This wine is dry, medium heavy bodied, with tart acidity, and a long finish. The oak is well integrated and the fantastic minerality bring this amazing wine together. This wine should last for a couple of years so I'm stashing away a few bottles to see how they age. 4/5
