Hartford Court Pinot Noir Fog Dance 2010

External Review by Prestige Wine & Spirits:

Vivid ruby-red. Heady, complex bouquet evokes black raspberry, blood orange and cola, along with a sexy floral overtone. Lush and expansive but lively as well, offering intense red and dark berry flavors that pick up spiciness with air. Closes sweet and very long, with a seamless texture and lingering floral notes.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

The 2010 Pinot Noir Fog Dance Vineyard is another wine endowed with serious depth and richness. Juicy dark cherries, cola, new leather, cloves and orange rind all burst from the glass. This is a decidedly rich, explosive wine that stands out for its extroverted personality. Layers of fruit continue to blossom in the glass as the wine shows off its raciness. Anticipated maturity: 2013–2020.
