Thick meaty cab. Strong fruit driven wine - berries, licorice, thick mouthfeel, good acidity. With a meaty finish. Had with a juicy steak at BLT Prime, where i saw Giselle dine!

Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon Napa A Cult Cabernet for $30/bottle?! Well, wait until you taste the Hardin and see if you don't agree that the bouquet, flavor and texture of the wine do not suggest something much more expensive. Made from a blend of low yield Cabernet fruit from the famous ToKalon vineyard and Dr. Crane's vineyard, the wine is aged for 18 months in expensive oak. This is full-throttle Napa Cabernet with gobs of rich, dense, sexy fruit and a bold, expressive palate. Make no mistake - this is not going to remain a $30 Cabernet for very long.
