They offer a fresh, fruity and uncomplicated drinking experience and are ideal for a variety of occasions. All the wines are supplied in stelvin closure, today's most sensible alternative to the traditional cork. * Variety / Blend * 100 % Grüner Veltliner * Vineyard * several vineyards from the Pulkautal, Weinviertel * Vintage * hand picked, mid of September * Grapes * 16,5° KMW (18,9 Brix) * Fermentation * Up to 12 days in stainless steel, cooling down to 20° C * Yeast * Cultured yeast * Malolactic * no * Aging * Two months on fine lees * Alcohol * 12 % vol * Total Acidity * 7,1 g/l * Residual Sugar * 1,2 g/l, dry * Serving temperatur * 9 - 11° C
