Was hoping for more; the 'character' here is not all good; search for great Chilean Cab continues... (But I'm heading back to Argentina for a stretch!)
Currant, raspberry, and some forest floor in the nose, also an herbaceous/minty quality. Dark berries on the palate; and a nice soft mouthfeel with good body and tannic structure. Had a good, lasting finish with spice and more herbs, and mild oakiness throughout. Definitely enjoyable and nicely complex, overall a well-made wine although maybe a little fruit forward for my taste, and not great QPR.
