This wine's luscious fruit has a coastal freshness that lasts. Plump and delicious when first poured, the citrus and nectarine flavors deepen and feel more structured the next day. It has the mouthwatering effect of a bite of crisp cucumber, with the textural roundness for fleshy fish, like roast halibut.

There's a hint of pink to the color of this gris, along with a little earthiness adding dimension to the honeyed apple and pear flavors. It's juicy and fresh, with enough edge to match grilled prawns.

A fresh, fruity offering from this renowned California winery. Flavors of melon and apricot dance on your tongue and are followed by lime nuances.

If I closed my eyes I would think I was drinking a Pinot Gris from Alsace! This wine is delicate, yet has nice body with flavors of peach and papaya and a touch of apple on the finish. It has a rich texture and a touch of honey to balance the acidity. Pinot Gris is a charming, versatile food pairing wine. Serve it with flavorful fish dishes such as poached salmon, baked halibut or grilled swordfish.

Vibrant and effusively fruity, with tropical fruit and creamy pear aromas and supple, spicy flavors that finish with zesty acidity. Drink now.
