RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Not a subtle rose sparkler, as the deep salmon color gives away from the start. Brimming with strawberry and raspberries balanced by a creamy, nutty richness. This will age very well. I have one stored away for a special event.

Wine & Spirits ReviewRated 93There's a hint of rose if you search for it, but this is not aggressively floral. Instead, it's fresh, chalky, crisp and clean, like biting into a fresh litchi. Firm acidity drives the wine, cutting right through the fruit to deliver its flavor into the meat of whatever is for dinner-it'd be delicious with Thai-style catfish with ginger.Wine Tasting NotesAromas of melon and lychee are enhanced by heady orange blossom perfume. The palate is layered with spice, grapefruit, and peaches. The clean fruit flavors and excellent structure of this dry wine make it a natural partner to a wide variety of food, from mildly spicy Thai curries to classic Alsace sauerbraten.
