Slightly sweet, with notes of fruit in the nose (not berries). Crisp, medium-bodied. Nice white wine alone and pairs well with food.

The wine is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Chardonnay grapes and has notes of citrus and fruit on the palate. When I stopped by the winery for a tasting, this wine was paired with a goat cheese from Canada, and with the cheese the wine really came alive.
