Reviews

I happen to think this is a wonderful wine. A little atypical from some of the other cabernet sauvignons in the sense that the wine is still relatively young and may benefit from some bottle aging before opening, however, it retains a wonderfully balanced tannic composition and a pretty light-to-medium body. I happen to really love cooking with it really adds some deliciously complex flavors to whatever it is added to.

It has a citrusy-floral bouquet and a luscious grapefruit flavor which then slowly mellows down to flavors of rose and green apple.
