Rating: 86/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the October 2010 issue. We have been consistently impressed with the value afforded by Hahn's inexpensive bottlings of late, and this very solid, well-ripened Pinot does not disappoint. It marries plenty of cherries with lots of sweet, crème brûlée oak, and if a touch tannic and lacking real finesse, it is a flavorful, nicely stuffed effort that is hard to beat at anything approaching the price.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Drinkable now. Further bottle aging can improve this wine.

Notes of pepper and strawberry jam lead to a luscious core of ripe red berries. Hints of earthiness, citrus and vanilla add to the complexity, and a silky, sleek finish makes this wine a true palate-pleaser.
