Deep violet and fruit driven, the Hahn 2010 Syrah is round and intensely flavorful. Initial aromas of white pepper and raspberries supported by a subtle earthiness reveal a wine of delicious depth. Dark and red fruits dominate the palate, with flavors of blueberries and ripe strawberries that hint at a slight sweetness, under. Delicate tannins create a plush and full bodied mouthfeel and lead to a clean finish. Try this Syrah with spicy Cajun Jambalaya or with herbes de Provence brined chicken. ~The Winery~
