Hacienda Monasterio Crianza 2007
Bright red purple. Very intense and mineral nose, fresh, intense with hints of red fruits well-blended with the wood. A very refined and soft entrance that leads with a very expressive and aromatic wine in the mouth. Great balance between alcohol, acidity and the structure. Well-rounded and subtle tannins, which will give to the wine a good development in the bottle.
Haclenda Monasterio was set up on a 113 hectares estate 70 of them with vineyards located between Pesquera and Valbuena de Duero, two Duero valley towns worldwide known because of the quality of their wines. At the end of XIX century thus property was owned by Lecanda family who pioneered wine producing renewal within this area.
