The De Chassey family has been winegrowers since the early 1800’s. In 1993 Madame de Chassey took over the estate in the village of Louvois and has been joined by her son Vincent. The de Chassey family works in the method of “Culture Raisonee” (sustainable agriculture). A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay
