This wine is still young. Open 45 minutes before serving or decant to enjoy its delicious aromas. Deep garnet color. Earthy tones at first which change into red berry aromas. Medium bodied with plum and cherry flavors; smooth; shows great concentration and a long cherry finish. Still young, will improve over next 2 years. Can be cellared until 2006. Will go very well with a pork roast or strong cheeses.
