A serious merlot! Aromas of dark red fruits, roses and well integrated oak lead into a mouth full of round tannins and roasted cherries. Finishes on tobacco and dark chocolate. Big, a cab-lover's merlot. Dark, lush and lovely. Long lasting finish. - Tasted at Oxbow tasting room 4/22/10
