Winemaker's Notes:

Fruit was sorted for quality and fermented in open top bins with manual punch downs. The wine was aged for 17 months in French and American oak, 30% new.

Tasting Notes:

This unique Cuvée is a blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Syrah from adjacent vineyard blocks that showcase the distinct flavors of each estate grape variety. The wine shows elegant fruit aromas, soft but noticeable tannins, and dark fruit flavors. Smooth and balanced, this wine is light enough to be enjoyed alone but pairs well with lasagna, tomato-based meat dishes and rich chocolate desserts.
