More of a traditional Carneros pinot noir. Still a young wine but good. More red fruit than the Vadasz Pinot in the nose. Still has good acidity and a nice silky character and red fruit. Very light hints of earthiness.

I believe I've had only one perfect wine in these youthful years as a wine connoisseur which was my epiphany wine back in 2008. I have had a few wines come close but this Estate Pinot Noir has aged with a grace like very few others. The aroma of Grandma's Thanksgiving cherry pie permeates through the nose. Tannins so soft, the mouthfeel is as though your palate is surfing on an ocean of rose-petaled waves. Short lived back end, but still a silky ride to the finish.
