This wine is silky and balanced, with black cherry, clove and dried rose petal aromas and classicBurgundian flavors. The suppleness of the 35-year-old Heritage clone fruit gains depth andconcentration from the young Pommard and Dijon blocks, resulting in complexly layeredflavors, elegant texture and a long, smooth finish. This classic Pinot Noir will benefit fromcellaring 3-7 years from the vintage date.
