Add your reviewAlways a winner for top value to price! Under $10 a bottle and drinks like much more. This vintage has some strong eucalyptus on the nose. Aromas of cassis, red and blackberry, kirsch and some oak vanilla. It's a ripe, rich and lush blend. Rich berry flavors, cassis and some anise notes. Also some baked bread notes. Lovely berry tart finish. 3/10/12
Guenoc really knocked this one out of the park, especially considering I paid a meager $8.99 for a 750. Light/Medium body with pronounced dark cherry and a generous smattering of cocoa. Bring this to any party or share amongst your friends with confidence. 88 Points.
I love this claret. Best bottle of wine under ten bucks that I've had in a long time. $7.99 is a great price for great wine. Generous dark fruit on a mid-medium nose. Beautifull dry leathery, tarry, almost jammy but not quite body, and a long inviting finish that begs for another taste. Let this one breathe out for 20 or 30 minutes and you will be very happy. I hope there is more in the store.

The 2009 Guenoc North Coast Victorian Claret is a complex blend of our award winning wines. Dark ruby in color, the wine has a wonderful fruity nose bringing on black cherry, plum, and blueberry aromas. Rich and soft on the palate, the hints of vanilla and nutmeg, from aging in 50% American and French Oak, add to the complexity and the long smooth finish. The wine pairs well with any meat dish or just on its own.
The 2007 Guenoc North Coast Victorian Claret is a complex blend of our award winning wines.
