Floral and light, this wine pairs with herbed chicken and fried flounder.
I clearly prefer Sauvignon Blanc to Chardonnay, at least under $15. This one has light, fresh, aromas and flavors I find typical and delightful. Not a big wine, but for light chicken dishes or alone, very nice.
