Grüner Veltliner Jurtschitsch Kamptal Loiserberg 2012

The nose was reminiscent of summer days with watermelons, fresh sliced apples and floral undergrowth. On the palate, a refreshing wave of fruits washed over the senses with a hint of sweetness and a perfect dose of refreshing acidity. The hardest thing about tasting this wine is that I just wanted to keep drinking it.
You know, I really loved this. It's pale cherry in color, slightly cloudy, and almost the color of a very dark Spanish rose. Whew! Aromas of barnyard, manure, and fertilizer lose there overpowering quality quickly, but the smell of topsoil remains to accompany the raspberry notes. Sour cherry and pomegranate seed flavors. Best with food--sausages, cheese. A good red for chilling slightly in summertime.
Gute Mischung aus Garanoir, Pinot Noir und Gamay. Ziemlich wuchtig und mit typischem Gamay Charakter. Waadtländer Terroir!!
a honesty wine.
Had a 2005 at Thanksgiving and it was spectacular! A lighter Cab/Sav, but incredibly silky and nice fruit with a light finish that went well with the dinner. Finished another bottle later with a great cigar!
Great wine with good tannins. Full bodied and good lenght in mouth. Strong aromas of leather and ripe raspberry.

Incredibly smooth with fruity and vibrant flavours. A fully round and fresh wine with a smooth, lasting finish. The wines of Cazal Viel amply demonstrate why the Languedoc is to some the most exciting wine region on earth. Here, the Syrah and the Viognier reach an apogee rarely attained elsewhere. The mission of the Miquel family is to make wines that epitomise the character and complexity of the terroir. They have owned the property for over 200 years. Their philosophy underpins everything they do: top class vineyard maintenance using natural methods, ensuring very low yields on all the vines; scrupulous attention to detail at harvest-time and individual vinification of each of their 92 parcels. Delle Venezie, ItalyVigneti del Sole Pinot Grigio is a white wine gem from the Veneto region of northeast Italy. In 1925, brothers Natale, Nicola, Riccardo and Umberto Pasqua moved from Puglia to Veneto and established their company, Vigneti del Sole, in Verona. Their philosophy, based on constant attention to quality in all aspects of viticulture and winemaking, carried over to the second generation of Pasqua brothers, Carlo, Giorgio and Umberto, who, along with their now grown sons and daughters, continue to run the prosperous wine company. We have not found a better Pinot Grigio for the money than Vigneti del Sole! Vigneti del Sole Pinot Grigio is a pale yellow-green in color. It is a lighter-style Pinot Grigio with plenty of fruit and acidity for a well-balanced wine. This popular Italian white has crisp acidity and a nose of lemons, green apples and almonds. With no oak, the wine shows the best of the Pinot Grigio varietal flavors. The wine is well balanced with a fresh, clean finish.Enjoy Vigneti del Sole Pinot Grigio with filet of sole, crab salad, grilled chicken, pasta and mild cheeses.
The Tedeschi family has dedicated its energy and enthusiasm to growing and producing wine in Valpolicella for many generations. They first purchased vineyards in the area in 1630. Today the Tedeschi family manages 74 hectares of vineyards, of which 29 hectares are family owned. Although Tedeschi is considered one of the top producers of Amarone and Recioto wines, the family has never rested on its laurels, continually striving to improve the structure of the wine by keeping the vines’ yields low. They produce four distinct ranges: Linea Classica; Valpolicella, Amarone and Recioto, and Linea Fabriseria Awards from national and international competitions are testimony to the family’s uninterrupted search for refinement. Grapes : 30% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 30% Corvinone, 10% Molinara. Best served at around 18°C, uncorking or decanting the wine at least one hour before serving. Only made in great years. Ample in bouquet, its dry flavour is robust and warm with a bitter background and a smooth texture. ABV : 14%
