Tart pears and apples greet the nose over a bed of fresh yeasty notes and a touch of strawberry cream. On the palate this is citrus at first, gaining nuanced apple and strawberry flavors across the mid palate, all paired with a gentle yeasty character. A hint of creaminess grows on the palate, along with a gentle underlying sweetness that lends this a fruity nature that slips back under the acidity on the finish, a finish which shows a lovely hint of herb and faint red fruit notes. Almost a rose and very good in the style. 87pts

Golden yellow - pretty impressive richness of color. A floral and delicate nose. Fairly acidic, medium bead, floral notes in the mouth. Low yeast, very approachable. Very nice. My first wine from New Mexico and i was very impressed. Excellent value.

A lighter style rose from New Mexico. I love the bit of watermelon notes, and yes I said New Mexico, these guys are doing a great job – try a taste & you will want a second.

I couldn't believe this wine came from New Mexico. It has a great nose, sometimes difficult to get in a sparkling wine, and has some great citrus fruits going on.

This is a delightful champagne, and well-priced. Not enough glasses per bottle.....!

I am a New Mexico native. I have been told for 25 years now that New Mexico wines were going to come into their own. In the last couple of years that is starting to come true. This sparkling wine is truly one of those wines. It is rich, and fruity with a modicum of acidity. We will be enjoying two bottles of this tonight to ring in the new year.

A fine salmon color, aggressive mousse and a lovely fruity wine with plenty of immediate charm and toasty aromas. There is also an explosive juicy flavor of raspberry. - Winemaker

Gruet is the American atelier of Gilbert Gretr & Fils, a small French Champagne house. Its Blanc de Noirs, composed of 75 percent Pinot Noir and 25 percent Chardonnay, rivals many prestigious $20 and $30 Champagnes. A best buy, this Bland de Noirs has no downside. Copper-pink, floral in fragrance, lean and the very definition of finesse, it features a luscious, round body, microscopic bubbles, a sprightly and delicate yeasty flavor and a lingering finish. It’s as weightless as a lace curtain in a breeze. Savor it lightly cool.

The rich and toasty character of our Blanc de Noirs is balanced and superb. Aged for two-year minimum, the palate is developed and shows rich complex flavors. The amazing berries aromas and the creamy texture play a leading role and create a great finesse. Winemaker's Note: A fine salmon color, aggressive mousse and a lovely fruity wine with plenty of immediate charm and toasty aromas. There is also an explosive juicy flavor of raspberry.

Full of rich, creamy red fruit flavor, this delicious Blanc de Noirs is made at a small, modern winery in New Mexico established during the 1980s by the sons of the Champagne house Gruet. A top-value sparkler.

Another success from this noteworthy New Mexico producer. This non-vintage blanc de noirs has a fairly yeasty nose with a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Not as high in acid as many, its charms lie in the pretty raspberry flavors.
