Their winemaker, Boela Gerber, was recently awarded the Trophy for Diners Club Young Winemaker of the Year .Grapes: 75% Semillon 75% and 25% Sauvignon BlancRegion: South Africa / Western Cape / ConstantiaMaker: Boela GerberNotes: A delicate wine showing floral, orange peel and ripe tropical fruit on the nose. The tropical fruit and citrus flavours follow through to the palate, while the rich mouthfeel is beautifully balanced by the fresh acidity.Serve: At 10-12c it is the perfect accompaniment to oysters seasoned with black pepper and lemon juice, or fish grilled with a lemon butter basting and steamed asparagus with Hollandaise sauce.ABV: 14%
