- What an amazingly versatile wine! Clean, fresh, and fruity, this Fume Blanc is a great choice when you simply want to enjoy a perfectly chilled glass of white wine. However, it is equally good as a companion with food due to its delicate and undemanding nature. It has a very delicate perfume of wildflowers in the glass, followed by long, lingering flavors which are definitely on the citrusy side, reminiscent of lemon or grapefruit.
